An RCMP plane is conducting an aerial search today for a missing Regina woman who hasn’t been seen since early New Year’s Day.
Twenty-eight-year-old Brandy Rene Wesaquate was last seen around the 900 block of Rae Street.
Regina police say RCMP Air Services is flying over the east end of the city.
There have been at least ground searches conducted in recent weeks, and police indicate there will be another one undertaken on Saturday to cover any areas where the view was blocked from the air.
Police say they are focusing on the city’s east end because, through investigation, they have reason to believe evidence may exist in this area.
