Reporter/Anchor

MBC Radio is currently seeking a News Anchor/Reporter to deliver timely and engaging newscasts, while also contributing original reporting with a focus on Indigenous and provincial stories.

This role combines on-air broadcasting with field reporting and story production. We’re looking for someone passionate about storytelling who is eager to highlight Indigenous, and community-focused news.

What We’re Looking For:

•     Strong writing skills and sound editorial judgment

•     A clear, professional on-air presence

•     The ability to create high-quality, engaging news content

•     Formal training in journalism or broadcasting from a recognized institution
