UPDATE – April 24, 2025, 8:35am

The Prince Albert Police Service is renewing its request for public assistance in an attempt to help locate 67-year-old missing person Horace Umpherville.

Horace Umpherville was last seen on video surveillance in a business in the 800 block of 15th Street East on March 27, 2025. The Prince Albert Police Service is releasing a new photo of Horace from that video surveillance.

Horace is known to frequent the downtown and Cornerstone area and it is believed he may be in a vulnerable state.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Horace Umpherville is asked to contact police at 306-953-4222. Anonymous tips can also be provided to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

Horace is described as male, 5’10”, approximately 190 pounds. Horace is known to frequent the downtown and Cornerstone area. It is believed Horace may be in a vulnerable state.
