Update: Onion Lake RCMP say that Jada Peigan has been located deceased. Her family has been notified and Victim Services has been engaged to provide support.

Onion Lake RCMP are reaching out to the public for help in finding missing 18-year-old Jada Peigan.

Police have said Peigan was last seen on Onion Lake Cree Nation on February 4 and was reported missing February 6.

Police said they have been checking places Peigan is known to visit since receiving the report.

She is described as 5’4″ and 132 lbs, with short brown hair, brown eyes, and a piercing on her bottom lip. She was last seen wearing a grey zip up sweater, light brown pants, and Nike shoes with a black swoop.

Peigan is also known to go by the name “Jay”.
