Students in Saskatchewan are headed back to school this month and this includes students in the Northern Lights School Division and First Nations schools in the province’s north.
Educating students in the COVID-19 era has created a number of questions and concerns for parents.
MBC hopes to answer some of these questions and concerns with our Back to School Roundtable discussion this Thursday Sept. 3 from 1-3 p.m.
The roundtable will be hosted by Fraser Needham with Cree and Dene translation provided by Abel Charles and Willie Billette.
Guests include Lac La Ronge Indian Band Education Director Simon Bird, Athabasca Denesuline Education Authority Director Gerry Guillet and Northern Lights School Division Education Director Jason Young.
