UPDATE: Police say Charles Samuel Thomas has been found.
An aerial search is underway in the La Ronge area for a missing man from Sturgeon Lake.
Mounties say 47-year-old Charles Samuel Thomas was reported missing this morning.
Thomas was last seen at a cabin near Hunters Bay on Lac La Ronge.
The RCMP say he was reported missing as soon it was determined he had not been seen since 7:00 a.m. today.
The area where Thomas was last seen is remote and heavily treed.
La Ronge RCMP continue to work with partner agencies in their investigation.
CASARA is conducting the aerial search.
The Canadian Rangers from La Ronge have also been deployed to assist with the search.
