UPDATE: Police say Carlin Bear has been located.
Battlefords RCMP are on the lookout for a 24-year-old man who walked away from the Saskatchewan Hospital mental health facility in North Battleford.
Police say Carlin Bear was last seen at the facility around 10:00 p.m. Saturday evening.
Bear is from the Big River First Nation and is a committed patient at the hospital. Police don’t believe Bear is a danger to the public, but they say he should not be approached.
He is 5’10” tall, 165 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of 24-year-old Carlin Bear is asked to contact police.
