RCMP have arrested one man and are now looking for two others in a violent home invasion in Lestock last December.

A 56-year-old man, who was the only person in the home at the time, was beaten with a baseball bat and robbed. He was taken to Fort Qu’Appelle hospital for minor injuries.

Over the weekend, 20-year-old Tyler Wayne Pambrun from the Muskowekwan First Nation was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, break and enter and armed robbery.

Canada-wide warrants have been issued for 29-year-old Desmond Lee Pambrun, also from the Muskowekwan First Nation, and 36-year-old Edward William Pelletier from the Star Blanket First Nation.

In late January, a similarly violent home invasion took place on Muskowekwan. In that case, the weapons used to threaten residents included a firearm, steel bars,a nd baseball bats. Two men were injured.
