Prince Albert lawyers continue to discuss the case of a man who is accused of killing an Aboriginal woman in the summer of 2004.
Court of Queen’s Bench is the setting for the pre-trial hearing, which began early this morning.
It revolves around 31 year-old Stephen Lindsay Schutte who faces a Second Degree Murder charge for allegedly taking the life of Antoinette Daniels.
The 26 year-old was 7 months pregnant when she went. Her body was discovered weeks afterward in the North Saskatchewan River.
Schutte was officially charged with the death in 2005.
