LLRIB Chief Delivers Baby Boy

The chief of the Lac La Ronge Indian Band welcomed a new addition to the family this morning.

At 9:54 a.m., Chief Tammy Cook-Searson gave birth to a healthy baby boy.

Weighing in at 9 pounds and 14 ounces, the new addition hasn’t been named yet.

Mother and baby are said to be doing fine at the La Ronge Health Center.
