Buffalo Narrows Drivers Ed Class to Air on SCN

Driving students in Buffalo Narrows could be part of a pretty big class this year.

Twin Lakes School is televising its Drivers Education course over the Saskatchewan Communications Network.

Instructor Len Blazer says the move will allow people in surrounding reserves and settlements to take advantage of the instruction, which is normally only allowed in person.

He also says most of his students seem excited about the move and he is looking forward to getting started next week.

Blazer notes that Island Lake’s school is also participating in the initiative and will have classes broadcast, as well.
