Aboriginal Education Conference Underway

Day two of a symposium on best practices in Aboriginal education continues today in Saskatoon.

 

Educators and other officials are discussing what the future could look like for First Nations and Metis students.

 

The assistant deputy minister for first nations and metis relations, Darren McKee, says graduation rates and student achievement are just some of the topics up for grabs.

 

Sturgeon Lake academic Willie Ermine delivered the keynote speech yesterday.
