Extreme weather conditions that hit the Brabant Lake and Southend areas on Wednesday also wreaked havoc on homes at Waden Bay.

Waden Bay resident Iris Riese says a number of trees in her yard were either uprooted or knocked over by gale force winds, causing a lot of damage.

Environment Canada officials say it was likely a tornado or plow wind that struck many parts of northeast Saskatchewan this week.

There have been no reports of anyone getting injured in Wednesday’s storm.
