Prince Albert RCMP are investigating a fatal collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian south of the city.
Police say they received a report at about 7:20 p.m. on Oct. 4 of a collision on Highway 2, approximately one kilometre south of Prince Albert.
RCMP officers, the Prince Albert Police Service, local fire crews and EMS responded to the scene.
The pedestrian, identified as a 23-year-old woman from Sandy Bay, was pronounced deceased at the scene and her family has been notified.
The driver remained at the scene and neither the driver nor passenger reported any injuries to police.
