Northern Regional Library Marks Archives Week

The history of La Ronge and Stanley Mission is on display today at the Pahkisimon Nuye?ah Library System headquarters in Air Ronge.

Over 100 historic photographs of the north from various sources are on display to celebrate Archives Week and the 20th anniversary of PNLS.

The exhibit includes photos of the La Ronge All Saints Anglican Mission School, and many shots of aviation in the north.

Archival historian Graham Guest says that many prominent northerners show up in the pictures.
