A 34-year-old man has died following an all-terrain vehicle crash late Friday evening in Stanley Mission, Sask.
Stanley Mission RCMP responded to a report of an ATV collision at the intersection of Highway 915 and Bear Avenue around 11 p.m. on August 28.
Investigators determined the ATV collided with a sign at the intersection. Paramedics transported the adult male driver to hospital, where he was later declared deceased.
Police say his family has been notified.
Stanley Mission RCMP continue to investigate the crash alongside a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.
The incident marks one of dozens of fatal crashes on provincial roads this year. According to police figures released Monday, Saskatchewan RCMP have reported 62 fatal collisions resulting in 75 fatalities on roadways under their jurisdiction in 2026.
