An 18-year-old woman from Canoe Lake Cree First Nation has died following an ATV rollover on the community.
Beauval RCMP say officers received a report of the rollover on July 21 at approximately 8:35 a.m.
Police responded along with EMS and determined the ATV’s driver and passenger had been involved in a rollover.
The passenger was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS.
RCMP have identified her as an 18-year-old woman from Canoe Lake Cree First Nation. Her family has been notified.
The driver of the ATV was transported to hospital with injuries described as serious.
Beauval RCMP continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the rollover.
