Loon Lake RCMP are asking the public to report sightings and information on the whereabouts of 20-year-old Navarone Singer.
On July 19, 2026, at approximately 4:00 a.m., Loon Lake RCMP officers conducted a traffic stop on Makwa Sahgaiehcan First Nation, SK. Officers determined an adult male occupant of the vehicle was breaching release order conditions.
Navarone Singer was arrested for failing to comply with release order conditions. He fled into a wooded area while being escorted to the police vehicle in handcuffs. Officers followed on foot but did not immediately locate him.
Loon Lake RCMP have been searching for Navarone Singer and checking places he is known to frequent, with assistance from Saskatchewan RCMP’s Meadow Lake Police Dog Services and an RCMP Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS). Officers are asking the public to report all sightings of Navarone Singer and information on his whereabouts.
As a result of additional investigation, Navarone Singer is charged with
- one count, fail to comply with release order conditions, Section 145(5)(a), Criminal Code;
- one count, being unlawfully at large, Section 145(1), Criminal Code; and
- one count, resist/obstruct peace officer, Section 129(a), Criminal Code (Information #90569859).

- Height: 5 ft 2 in
- Weight: 119 lbs
- Eye colour: brown
- Hair colour and style: short, black
- Last seen wearing: red clothing
- Other descriptors: tattoos of a cross and a heart on his face, “outlaw” tattooed on his forearm
Navarone Singer is known to travel to the following areas:
- Big Island Lake Cree Nation
- Makwa Sahgaiehcan First Nation
- Onion Lake Cree Nation
- Prince Albert
Loon Lake RCMP continue to investigate, with assistance from Pierceland RCMP and Saskatchewan RCMP’s Meadow Lake Crime Reduction Team.
