Creighton Temporarily Cut Off From Rest of North

For a while yesterday, road access between Creighton and the rest of northern Saskatchewan was cut off.

A ruptured culvert washed out a section of highway 106 10 kilometres west of Creighton at around 2 o’clock yesterday afternoon.

The road was closed until some point last night.

At last word, highways personnel had re-opened the highway, but were only permitting one-lane traffic.
