SaskPower has announced a planned power outage affecting Denare Beach and surrounding rural areas later this week.
The outage is scheduled for April 30 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. local time and will impact all customers in Denare Beach, as well as rural areas south of Creighton and Denare Beach along Highway 167.
SaskPower said the temporary interruption is necessary to complete repairs and install infrastructure aimed at improving long-term service reliability.
SaskPwer provides advance notice of planned outages through multiple channels, including radio announcements, mail, social media and its mobile app. Customers can also subscribe to outage notifications through SaskPower’s RSS feed.
SaskPower noted that all planned outages are subject to change.
