The RCMP’s investigation into the shooting on Red Earth Cree Nation have identified a suspect.
Carrot River RCMP have charged 24-year-old Julian Kitchener from Shoal Lake in relation to the investigation into the shooting in Red Earth Cree Nation.
Julian has been charged with discharge firearm with intent; aggravated assault; and weapons possession contrary to order and fail to surrender authorization.
Carrot River RCMP are actively working to locate Julian Kitchener.
Julian Kitchener is described as:
- Height: 6 ft
- Weight: 220 lbs
- Hair colour and style: black
- Other descriptors: left eye may appear partially closed and is grey, right eye is brown in colour
