Freezing rain and an imminent blizzard warning didn’t stop hundreds of people from attending the annual Elders Christmas dinner that kicked off in Regina December 17, 2025, at the First Nations University of Canada.
This university tradition brought together campus Elders, staff, students and guests for a warm and festive celebration.
A Pipe Ceremony started the day off, followed by a turkey dinner served by local Regina Police officers.
Guests enjoyed to some live entertainment by singer Terri-Anne Strongarm.
