Turtleford RCMP are investigating a triple homicide after three men were found dead at a rural property northwest of Turtleford on November 5, 2025.
Police received a report around 12:30 p.m. and responded immediately. Upon arrival, officers located three injured adult males on the property. Despite lifesaving efforts by RCMP and emergency medical services, all three men were pronounced deceased at the scene.
Investigators have determined that each victim sustained gunshot wounds. Multiple firearms were seized from the property, and RCMP have confirmed the deaths are being treated as homicides.
An adult female, Madison Paddy-Jimmy, 25, of Thunderchild First Nation, was arrested later that day in Turtleford. She has been charged with one count of second-degree murder under Section 235(1) of the Criminal Code in connection with the death of Tonio Cantell, 28, of Island Lake First Nation.
Paddy-Jimmy is scheduled to appear in North Battleford Provincial Court on November 7, 2025 (Information #90460577).
The other two victims include a 46-year-old man from Turtleford and a third male whose identity is being confirmed in collaboration with the Saskatchewan Coroners Service. Their names have not been released under the Privacy Act, and RCMP state they are not seeking public assistance at this time.
Next of kin have been notified, and Victim Services have been offered to the affected families.
RCMP say they do not believe there are additional victims or suspects, and the investigation remains ongoing.
