On September 23, 2025, at approximately 3:40 p.m., Prince Albert RCMP received a report of a robbery on Sturgeon Lake First Nation.
Investigation determined a female was approached by a group of individuals outside a residence on Sturgeon Lake First Nation.
A male pointed a firearm and demanded the keys to the victims truck, then left in the stolen vehicle.
At approximately 5:30 p.m., Prince Albert RCMP located a female on a grid road on Wahpeton First Nation and she was arrested at the scene.
Shortly after, officers located and arrested two males and a female at a residence on Wahpeton First Nation.
Investigation determined
The suspects abandoned the stolen vehicle behind a residential property and broke into a residence where they were later located by police.
20-year-old Zena Daniels from Sturgeon Lake First Nation is charged with two counts, fail to comply with release order condition, Section 145(5)(a), Criminal Code.
She was also arrested on an outstanding warrant from Prince Albert RCMP.
23-year-old Alyssa Bear and 25-year-old Jayden Sutherland, both from Sturgeon Lake First Nation, are each charged with one count, break and enter, Section 348(1)(a), Criminal Code.
32-year-old Paul Ermine from Sturgeon Lake First Nation is charged with:
one count, break and enter, Section 348(1)(a), Criminal Code;
one count, using an imitation firearm in an offence, Section 85(2)(a), Criminal Code; and
one count, robbery with a weapon, Section 344(1)(b), Criminal Code.
Zena Daniels, Alyssa Bear, Jayden Sutherland, and Paul Ermine appeared in Prince Albert Provincial Court on September 25, 2025 (Information #90515000 and #90516550).
27-year-old Toby Daniels from Sturgeon Lake First Nation is charged with:
one count, using an imitation firearm in an offence, Section 85(2)(a), Criminal Code; and
one count, robbery with a weapon, Section 344(1)(b), Criminal Code.
Warrant issued
A warrant has been issued for Toby Daniels’s arrest.
Prince Albert RCMP continue work to located Toby Daniels and ask members of the public to report sightings and information on his whereabouts.

Weight: 130 lbs
Eye colour: brown
Hair colour and style: brown
