La Ronge RCMP are investigating an early morning shooting that has reportedly left a teenage girl with serious injuries.

RCMP say the alleged shooting took place on Caroline Ratt Street shortly after 4 O’Clock this morning.

Officers would respond to the shooting where they found an injured teenage girl outside a home.

The girl was taken to hospital with injuries described as serious in nature.

RCMP say the girl was outside the house when she was shot.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing and no arrests have been made at this time.

Anyone who may have any information on this incident is asked to contact authorities.
