The Regina Police Service is looking into a deadly collision that happened this morning, July 31, 2025, near the intersection of Smith Street and 6th Avenue North.
Just after 5:30 a.m. this morning, officers were called to the location of the accident.
They discovered a vehicle that looked to have struck a power pole and then rolled when they got there.
The victim, a 13-year-old who was a passenger, was declared deceased on the scene.
Officers from the Regina Police Service Investigative Collision Analysis Reconstruction Team (ICART) responded to the scene and began their investigation.
Although the investigation is still ongoing, charges are anticipated.
