The English River First Nation has announced a mandatory evacuation order for Patuanak and the Hamlet of Patuanak.
The SPCA says the plan was to get the remaining people out of Patuanak this morning. (mon)
Residents should register at the band hall and be packed to leave.
Officials with the Northern Village of Pinehouse have decided to evacuate the Priority 1 and Priority 2 residents.
This is not a general evacuation and the community is not under immediate threat.
Officials say changing winds could compromise the only road out of the community.
Montreal Lake Cree Nation has also ordered evacuation Priority 1 and Priority 2 residents.
Buses were scheduled to transport members to North Battleford on Sunday.
Also, a wildfire emergency advisory has been issued for Waskesieu National Park.
According to officials a fire burns about 40 kilometres away from the townsite and residents are asked to be ready to evacuate if required.
