Warm and windy weather has lead to evacuation notices one northern community, a partial evacuation for another, and an evacuation notice for a resort village.
A General Evacuation Notice was issued for Hall Lake on Sunday.
The Saskatchewan Provincial Safety Asocciation says there is currently no immediate fire threat to the community, however because of winds and warm weather precautions are being taken.
A fire team will be conducting a controlled back burn on the northwest side of the community.
The Lac La Ronge Indian Band is asking for help from community members who are able to stay behind to assist with security and general support duties.
Also on Sunday a partial evacuation was issued for Pelican Narrows.
A wildfire is about one-kilometre from the community.
A registration centre was set up at the Pelican Narrows high school.
The Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation says buses will be used to evacuate residents. Those bused began transporting evacuees from the community late Sunday night.
Highway access north of Pelican Narrows to Sandy Bays is closed due to the fire activity.
Those evacuating using their own vehicles are asked to register at PAGC Urban Services in Prince Albert.
In the meantime, the Resort Village of Candle Lake is once again asking residents to be on pre-alert for possible evacuation.
Officials say winds are advancing a wildfire to the east of Candle Lake.
These weather conditions are expected to continue for the next few days.
Residents are advised to stay alert and plan for a potential evacuation which could occur on short notice.
If this happens an evacuation centre will be set up and more details will be provided.
