SIIT Given $2.75 Million For Aviation Training

The Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies is partnering up with the aerospace industry.

 

SIIT has announced industry giants Boeing and Lockheed Martin are investing $2.75 million into the school for the creation of an aircraft maintenance course.

 

School president Randall Morris says they hope to offer the program by the fall of 2009.

 

Morris says the course will likely be offered at the Saskatoon campus.
