Four teenagers accused of killing an 18-year-old youth from Wollaston Lake will head to trial.
A judge has determined enough evidence exists against the four suspects to tie them into the killing of Dean Josie.
The young man died on September 22nd after an incident near Carlton High School in Prince Albert.
The judge has also upgraded charges against two of the accused from manslaughter to second degree murder.
A date still has to be set.
None of the teenagers can be named.
