Saskatoon Police Investigate Stabbing

The Saskatoon Police Service Major Crimes Unit is turning to the public for assistance in solving a recent stabbing in the city.

 

Officers say they were called to the 300 block of Avenue S South yesterday, just before 7:30 pm, discovering a 21 year old local male suffering from stab wounds on the sidewalk.

 

The victim was transported to hospital with serious injuries.

 

Officers questioned several people yesterday, leading to the arrests of two 22-year-old men on unrelated charges.

 

Detectives are still investigating the stabbing and anyone with information is urged to contact the police or Crime Stoppers immediately.
