A man wanted in connection to the discovery of a marijuana grow op at the Makwa Sahgaiehcan First Nation has turned himself into police.
A warrant had been issued for the arrest of 42-year-old Buddy Carl Cantell after the March 27th police raid on a reserve residence.
Cantell surrendered to the RCMP in Loon Lake yesterday and will make a court appearance tomorrow in Meadow Lake.
A second person wanted in the case, 39-year-old Deborah Lynn Delorme, is still at large.
Both Cantell and Delorme face several charges.
Police seized $30,000 worth of marijuana plants and packaged marijuana during last week’s raid.
