One person was arrested after shots were fired Monday on the Montreal Lake Cree Nation.
RCMP received a call early in the morning about a man with a firearm.
Police say two people were assaulted at one home in the community.
A shot was also fired outside another home, and the person inside was hit in the leg. The victim was taken to the local health clinic for treatment.
So far, there’s no word on what charges have been laid.
