Missing La Loche Woman Found Dead

The body of a missing La Loche woman was found by searchers over the weekend.

42-year-old Edwina Park was last seen alive last Sunday and reported missing on Thursday.

A ground search was organized Friday morning, and on Saturday morning, searchers located her body in a wooded area not far from where she was last seen.

Foul play is not suspected, although police have ordered an autopsy to determine the exact cause of Park’s death.
