A 37-year-old resident of the RM of Morris is facing child exploitation-related charges following an investigation by the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit.

According to the Saskatchewan ICE Unit, investigators executed a search warrant at a home in the RM of Morris on October 1.

Police say electronic devices were examined at the scene and seized as part of the investigation.

As a result, 37-year-old Desmond M.E. Moore was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of child sexual abuse and exploitation material.

Police say Moore appeared in Saskatoon Provincial Court on October 1 and was released on court-imposed conditions.

He is scheduled to return to court on October 29 at 2 p.m.
