Saskatoon police are investigating an aggravated assault that left a woman injured on Saturday afternoon.
Officers were called to the 200 block of Avenue K South at about 1 p.m. on September 5 after receiving a report of an injured person.
When police arrived, they found a 34-year-old woman suffering from injuries believed to be consistent with a stabbing.
The woman was taken to hospital by paramedics for treatment.
Police say her injuries were not considered life-threatening.
The Saskatoon Police Service Serious Assault Unit is continuing to investigate.
