Saskatchewan RCMP have continued to investigate the shooting that occurred on Linklater Street in Pelican Narrows on August 7, 2026.
As part of the investigation, Saskatchewan RCMP’s Warrant Enforcement and Suppression Team (WEST) deployed a remotely piloted aircraft system and an RCMP plane.
The aircrafts were used to conduct aerial searches as officers worked to locate the two outstanding wanted males.
During the aerial searches, the two wanted males were located on a remote island north of Pelican Narrows.
WEST coordinated the males’ return to Pelican Narrows, and they were arrested without incident on August 25.
18-year-old Mikka McCallum and the male teenager are scheduled to appear in court in Pelican Narrows on August 26, 2026 (Information #90640176 and #Y412262).
