UPDATE:
Kevin Ross Watt was connected to the kidnapping of a 30-year-old woman and wanted by authorites.
As a result of further investigation, Kevin Watt is charged with:
- one count, kidnapping with firearm, Section 279(1.1)(a), Criminal Code; and
- one count, fail to comply with undertaking condition, Section 145(4)(a), Criminal Code.
Lloydminster RCMP arrested Kevin Watt on July 14, 2026, in Lloydminster SK.
He appeared in Lloydminster Provincial Court on July 15, 2026.
