Update May 4 – RCMP say Tyson Cummer this past weekend at a home in North Battleford.
He is scheduled for his first court appearance on Monday afternoon.

As a result of continued investigation, Saskatchewan RCMP’s Homicide Investigation Unit has charged an adult male in relation to the death of 36-year-old Tyson Mosquito.
21-year-old Tyson Cummer from North Battleford is charged with one count, second-degree murder, Section 235(1), Criminal Code (Information #90468311).
A warrant has been issued for Tyson Cummer’s arrest. Saskatchewan RCMP’s Homicide Investigation Unit continue work to locate Tyson Cummer and ask members of the public to report sightings and information on his whereabouts.
Tyson Cummer is described as:
Height: 5’10”
Weight: 200 lbs
Eye colour: brown
Hair colour: black, curly
Other descriptors: large scar on his right arm
Wanted by police: Tyson Cummer
