Have you seen Thomas Corrigal, a 50-year-old male who went missing in December 2025?
The Île-à-la-Crosse RCMP are renewing their call for assistance form the public in their search for 50-year-old Thomas Corrigal.

Île-à-la-Crosse RCMP has organized another search for Thomas on Saturday, May 2.
RCMP officers, with the assistance of the Northern Village, Métis Nation, and Friendship Centre, will be in the north-west part of Île-à-la-Crosse, working to locate Thomas and bring him home to his loved ones.

Members of the public who are wanting to assist in the search can contact Île-à-la-Crosse RCMP by calling 306-833-6300, or can attend the Île-à-la-Crosse Friendship Centre on May 2 at 10:00 a.m.
Thomas Corrigal, who also goes by the name Tommy, was last seen on December 24, 2025 around 3:45 p.m. At the time, Thomas was seen walking northwest on Ahenakew Boulevard in Île-à-la-Crosse.
He was accompanied by another individual; that person is not a person of interest.
Investigation to date has determined that Thomas’s disappearance is not suspicious in nature.
Earlier that day, Thomas was seen on Elbow Crescent in Île-à-la-Crosse around 3:00 p.m. Thomas is also known to walk in the area between Île-à-la-Crosse and Highway #155, as well as go fishing in the Canoe River area.
On December 25, Thomas was reported missing to Île-à-la-Crosse RCMP. Since then, Île-à-la-Crosse RCMP have been working to locate him.
Officers, who have been joined by community members and organizations, have completed numerous air and ground searches in the areas where Thomas was last seen.
At this point in time, Thomas has not been located.
Thomas is described as:
- Height: 5 ft 9 in
- Weight: 194 lbs
- Eye colour: brown
- Hair colour and style: black, short
- Last seen wearing: an orange and navy winter jacket, black toque, and camouflage ski pants
Île-à-la-Crosse RCMP continue to ask the public for help in locating Thomas.
Investigators would like to identify and speak with the person who was walking with Thomas on December 24 – or anyone else who saw or spoke to him that day.
Any detail, no matter how small, can help progress an investigation.
That small detail could be the last piece of the puzzle that officers are needing to locate Thomas.
Anyone with information about Thomas’s whereabouts is asked to contact Saskatchewan RCMP by calling 310-RCMP.

UPDATE – RCMP and communitie member continue ground searches for Thomas Corrigal, but he has not yet been located.
Anyone willing to helpin the search is asked to gather at the Ile a la Crosse Friendship Centre on Tuesday at 10 am.
Residents of the community are also being asked check check their yards and security cameras.

On December 25, 2025, Île-à-la-Crosse RCMP received a report of a missing 49-year-old male, Thomas Corrigal from Île-à-la-Crosse.
Thomas was last seen on Elbow Crescent in Île-à-la-Crosse on December 24 at approximately 3:00 p.m.
Thomas is described as:
- Height:5 ft 9 in
- Weight:194 lbs
- Eye colour: brown
- Hair colour and style: black, short
- Last seen wearing: an orange and navy winter jacket, black toque, and camouflage ski pants
He has no cell phone, no vehicle and no social media.
Police and his family are concerned for his well-being as he may not be in possession of medication he requires.
Thomas is known to walk in the area between Île-à-la-Crosse and Highway #155. He is also known to go fishing in the Canoe River area.
