Watrous RCMP have arrested and charged a man in relation to an incident where an individual committed an indecent act in Manitou Beach, SK.
On April 8, 2026, Watrous RCMP Detachment officers, along with investigators from Saskatchewan RCMP’s Regina and Saskatoon Serious Crimes Units, executed search warrants at residences in Moose Jaw and Nokomis, SK as a part of this investigation.
An adult male was arrested. Rory James Bax, a 33-year-old from Moose Jaw, is charged with one count, committing an indecent act, Section 173, Criminal Code.
Watrous RCMP also received assistance from the Saskatchewan RCMP’s National Sex Offender Registry and Violent Crime Linkage Analysis Section.
Rory James Bax is scheduled to appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court on April 13, 2026 (Information #90598558).

Watrous RCMP are asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect in an ongoing investigation.
On March 22, 2026, Watrous RCMP received a report that an individual committed an indecent act in Manitou Beach, SK.
Officers have been working to identify the individual and are now asking for the public’s assistance.
The suspect is described as a male in his early to mid-20s. He is about 220 lbs, with brown hair.
He was wearing a blue ballcap, black glasses, a blue long sleeve shirt, blue jeans and brown cowboy boots.
