A municipal election will be held Wednesday, April 22, to fill one councillor position for the Village of Air Ronge.

Public notice has been issued confirming that voting will take place from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the village office, located at 123 Cessna Street West.

Brent McDougall and Ronald Ratte are the two candidates running for the available council seat. McDougall served with the La Ronge Regional Fire Department and is currently the La Ronge Conexus bank manager.

No information was publicly available on Ratte.

Voter identification will be required in order to cast a ballot.
