Pelican Narrows RCMP arrested Solomon Custer on March 10 in Pelican Narrows.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Pelican Narrows on March 24.
On February 17 at approximately 12:50 p.m., officers executed an arrest warrant at a residence in Pelican Narrows and arrested Custer, who was wanted on charges including breach of court-ordered conditions, assault and robbery.
The charges stem from two separate investigations in the community over the past two months.
While being escorted to a police vehicle, Custer fled on foot and officers have been searching the area, checking locations he is known to frequent and following up on tips received.
