Nipawin RCMP are investigating a two-vehicle collision on Highway #106, approximately 40 kilometres north of Smeaton, SK.
Officers responded immediately after receiving the call on March 10, 2026 at approximately 8:30 a.m., along with local fire, EMS, and STARS air ambulance.
Officers determined an SUV and tractor-trailer unit collided.
One passenger was declared deceased by EMS at the scene.
She has been identified as a 36-year-old female from Prince Albert, SK.
Nipawin RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.
