Kamsack RCMP are also asking property owners to check out buildings or sheds in their area for anything out of the ordinary.

Kamsack RCMP have engaged RCMP Search and Rescue to assist in the search for missing 40-year-old Stanley Severight.

Residents of Kamsack, SK had an increased presence of RCMP officers between February 21 and February 22, 2026.

They were conducting an urban search, including back alleys, near the downtown area of Kamsack.

On February 18, 2026 at approximately 4:30 p.m., Kamsack RCMP received a report of a missing 40-year-old maleStanley Severight. He also goes by the names ‘Stanley Strongquill’ and ‘Junior Strongquill’.

Stanley was last seen on February 15 at approximately 5:00 p.m. in Kamsack.

Stanley is described as:

  • Height: 6 ft 3 in
  • Weight: 230 lbs
  • Eye colour: brown
  • Hair colour and style: brown with red/orange, short
  • Last seen wearing: black hoodie and red pants
  • Other descriptors: letters tattooed on his finger and a small handprint tattooed on his right hand

Stanley is known to travel to the following areas: Yorkton, Saskatoon, and Regina.
