The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit has charged a Regina man with child exploitation offences.
On December 10, 2025, the Saskatchewan ICE Unit executed a search warrant at a home in Regina and seized electronic devices.
As a result of the investigation, 32-year old Neil Thomas Cowan of Regina was charged on December 10, 2025 with the following:
- Possession of child sexual abuse and exploitation material
- Access child sexual abuse and exploitation material
Cowan was released on court-imposed conditions and his next court date is on January 20, 2026 at 9:30 am, Regina Provincial Court.
