Pelican Narrows RCMP are investigating a shooting that occurred late Tuesday night outside a residence in the community.
On November 11, 2025, at approximately 11:30 p.m., officers received a report of a male suffering from a gunshot wound at a home in Pelican Narrows.
RCMP and local EMS immediately responded.
Initial investigation determined that an interaction occurred between the victim and an unknown individual near a residence on Nesoteo Road.
During the encounter, a firearm was discharged, injuring the male.
EMS transported him to a medical centre with non-life-threatening injuries.
RCMP say the investigation is ongoing as officers work to identify the individual involved.

Pelican Narrows RCMP are actively investigating both shootings. At this time, it has not been determined whether the two incidents are connected.
