The Prince Albert Police Service Crime Reduction Team (CRT) has arrested three people and seized more than three kilograms of cocaine following a months-long drug trafficking investigation.

According to police, the investigation began in the summer of 2025 after CRT members received information about an individual believed to be trafficking cocaine in Prince Albert.

Officers obtained several search warrants for multiple properties throughout the city.

On November 20, 2025, officers executed those warrants and seized a 2018 Jaguar EX AWD, a 2025 Hyundai Tucson, $70,000 in Canadian currency, nearly 3.5 kilograms of cocaine, a 7mm Remington rifle with ammunition, and various other items consistent with drug trafficking activities.

During the operation, police located and arrested 32-year-old Montana Primeau, 37-year-old Jordan McDonald, and 31-year-old Janie Farrow.

Investigation continues

A fourth individual, 34-year-old Evan Halkett, is currently wanted by police in connection with the investigation.

All four have been charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.

In addition, Montana Primeau and Janie Farrow face charges of possession of the proceeds of crime over $5,000, while Jordan McDonald and Evan Halkett have been charged with possession of a firearm and careless storage of a firearm and ammunition.
