Meadow Lake RCMP are asking the public for information as they search for two suspects involved in a firearm discharge early Wednesday morning.

Police say that around 1:00 a.m., a man riding a bicycle near the intersection of 2nd Street West and 3rd Avenue West reported that another man—walking with a woman—fired a gun in his direction.

The cyclist was not physically injured.

The suspects were last seen leaving the area on foot toward 2nd Street West.

The male suspect was described as wearing a grey hoodie, while the female suspect was wearing a black coat.

Officers responded immediately and conducted patrols, but the suspects have not yet been located.

Anyone with information or who witnessed suspicious activity in the area early this morning is asked to contact 310-RCMP.
