A 27-year-old man is scheduled to appear in court Monday following a police pursuit and death near Creighton.
Early Saturday morning RCMP received a report of an assault at a home in the community.
Police tried to pull over a vehicle but the driver took off.
Investigators say the vehicle later collided with a building.
A 20-year-old man in the vehicle was taken to hospital and pronounced dead.
The driver of the vehicle was arrested later in the morning.
The charges include dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident.
